We can validate parking for the Standard garage located one block north of Gator Wesley on 14th Ave.

Take a picture of your license plate and let one of our leaders know at the nametag table that you need your parking validated.
**IMPORTANT**
DO NOT PARK IN THE SPOTS MARKED FOR GATOR WESLEY STAFF on the 2nd floor. You will get booted if you park there!
During a typical night we will sing three or four songs, led by students in our band. Everything we do during worship is intended to create an opportunity for students to connect with God in an authentic and meaningful way.
We believe that the words we sing, the theology within those words, and even the church movements behind the authors and creators of these songs really matter.
You’ll likely hear some songs you are familiar with along with some songs you haven’t heard or sung before. The goal is authenticity over hype, thoughtfulness over emotionally driven worship, and intentionality and care in the way we sing and lead.
The typical message is about twenty minutes or so, and our main teachers are our co-directors, Heather and Joel Pancoast. The goal is to share a relevant message that points us toward the work that God is doing through us and around us. We love to ask questions, knowing that there isn't always a clean answer.
We are a diverse mix of backgrounds, personalities, talents, and gifts. Our hope at Gator Wesley is to encourage and develop lives that reflect the love of Christ. That means a lot of things, and we want you to know that regardless of your past, present, or future, you are welcome and loved by the people of Gator Wesley. The atmosphere is pretty laid-back, and we are intentionally focused on moving forward, growing, and leaning into community as we learn from and grow with each other.
We are a campus ministry of The United Methodist Church. Our beliefs and info about The United Methodist Church are all available in depth on our about us page.
Whether or not Communion is offered depends on the week. Communion is a reminder that Jesus invites us into a story of grace and love. This ancient tradition is one that we regularly participate in at Gator Wesley.
The communion table at Gator Wesley, and in the United Methodist Church, is an open one. There are no prerequisites involved. All are invited and all are welcome. During communion, you will be invited to participate, but you don't have to. Bread and grape juice are offered. Our directors and staff are always open to questions and conversations about communion.
All are welcome to hang around in the worship space. There are usually desserts and music playing and you are welcomed to stay or head home. There are always staff at the Get Connected table to answer any questions too.
We have made sure that our building is accessible for people of all different abilities. We have ramps for wheelchairs, an elevator for access to the worship space and braille signs for the visually impaired.
