Residential Staff
Our Residential Staff experience is a hands-on leadership opportunity partnered with the experience of living in an intentional Christian community. Residential Staff will live in the Gator Wesley Upper Room or at the nearby Gator Wesley Apartment and are committing themselves to a covenant Christian community.
Our Residential Staff Covenant includes an emphasis on personal spiritual growth, standards for character and conduct, and responsibilities of living together in community with others. Up to 10 students may be selected for a given year to live in the building and up to 4 students may be selected to live in the apartment.
*Res Staff applications are closed for the 2026-2027 school year and will reopen for the 2027-2028 school year in December of 2026.
Intern Staff
The Gator Wesley Internship Program is a 10 month experience that is offered to current UF and SFC students.
Interns serve and lead in all aspects of the campus ministry of Gator Wesley. This is an academic year commitment and is a paid position
Internships are often customized to the gifts and interest of the person selected and are also often dependent on the upcoming needs of the ministry.
